Beryl Schragger from Marina Del Rey

Beryl Schragger as she is known by, is being sued. Her court
date is 3-2-2010 department 090 5th floor rm. 541. The amount
that she is being sued for is $5000.00. Reports are that she was
tormenting a former tenant who is troubled by health problems.
Mrs. Schragger is the owner of the apartments where the said
plaintiff lives. PSSLAC is actively looking for her.

Marriott hotel has gotten into trouble. They are being sued.
The plaintiff states that Marriott was negligent in their duty to
maintain a safe working environment. Plaintiff tripped and fell on
an unmaintained portion of a floor where carpet was not properly
installed and the fall propagated an injury to said plaintiff.
GMAC INC.
GMAC INC. has troubles of their own. They are being sued by a
plaintiff who states that GMAC falsely reported to a credit agency
that plaintiff owes money on a vehicle. They are being sued for
$3300.00. They have some explaining to do 3-3-2010 at 8:30 a.m.
department 090 5th floor rm. 541.
Bag Lady and Yaakov Genauer
Bag Lady (a Los Angeles company) owner
Yaakov Genauer is being complained of
trademark infringement under the
Lanham Act, false designation of origin
and false representation, unfair competition
and false advertising, violation of New York
general business law and the plaintiff
wants a trial by jury.
Bag Lady is being complained against of stealing a
trademark from a New York based company that manufacturers
clothes hangers and Bag Lady is being complained against for
copying the trademark of them including all of the packaging
information and UPC codes of the trademarked hangers and is selling
them in major department stores such as Marshall's Department Store.
They will have to get their stuff together for this one.
D K Jewelry Inc.
D K Jewelry Inc. located at 8150 Garvey Ave. Rosemead, CA 91770
has a court date on 3/1/2010 at 4:45 P.M. Department 001 for
negligence. They are being complained against for damaging the
plaintiffs wedding ring. Plaintiff requested the ring to be resized. I
guess they need some training in ring resizing.
Explicit Media, Inc. DBA Voice Solutions
Wondering where all those car warrenty phone calls were coming from.
The calls would come on your cell phone or home phone and they
would say, "Your car warrenty is about to expire. Please stay on the
line to find out how you can renew this warrenty." Well one of the
companies responsible for these phone calls is Explicit Media, Inc,
DBA Voice Solutions. They are being subpoened. They must bring
video and audio recordings to a trial in 323 Center Street STE 200
Little Rock, AR 72202 at 02/10/2010
Jacqueline Potter of The Posture Works Santa Monica, CA
Mrs Potter is being sued by her former landlord for refusal to pay
past rent. Her court date is 4/08/2010 at 1:30 p.m department
004 3rd fl. Evidently, Mrs. Potter rented an apartment from the
plaintiff. Mrs. Potter quit paying the rent and got about $6000.00
in the rears.
